Since 2013 the Digital Gateway to Europe (dgte) organization, headed by Stijn Grove, promotes the data hub of the Netherlands. Via our activities and in close cooperation with our industry partners we offer assistance in providing a smooth launch in the Netherlands. next to this we also provide consultancy services on digital infrastructure in general based upon our experience.

What activities we do?
Our main activity is promoting the dutch data hub. in the netherlands our activities are via our Kickstart Conference, our Techdrinks networking drink throughout the Netherlands and our consultancy work. We are also active abroad in the middle east via our Touchdown Conference in Manama, Bahrain which we founded and run together with the Gulf Data Center Association and also via trade missions.
Is dgte a commercial organization with profit motives?
As dgte want to remain independent and continuous it does not rely on government subsidies to run its daily organization. via our conferences, trade-missions, consultancy we successfully fund for all activities promoting the Dutch data hub.
What is the relationship with the sector and government?
Dgte works closely with the Dutch Data Center Association (dda) and other national trade associations. The dda aligns with government on national digital strategies while dgte focuses on conferences, trade-missions and consultancy services.
